1.1 Galvanized Scaffolding Steel Pipes in 48.3mm Diameter is a type of oil rig scaffolding components and parts.
1.2 The Galvanized Steel Pipe should be confirm to BS1139 En39 standard type 4 and En10219 standard type 3 according to Oil and gas scaffolding requirement of KNPC,KOC, Saudi aramco.
2. Usage:
Oil rig scaffolding pipes are connectored by scaffolding clamps of drop forged double(right angle) Couplers, Swivel(rotation) Clamps, Girder Coupelr(Beam Clamps) in fixed and swivel type, scaffolding Putlog single Coupler, Scaffolding Board Retaining Coupler and Clamps, Ladder Clamps Forged and pressed steel type, Sleeve Couplers, Joint pin coupler etc. Scaffolding Board retaining clamps are fixed scaffolding steel planks and wood boards on to scaffolding tubes and pipes. Scaffolding Ladder clamp is a connector between aluminium ladders and scaffolding tubes.
Other components of scaffolding pipe and clamp system include ladder beams, steel ladders, fixed base plate, adjustable base plate jacks, u head and forkhead adjustable screw jack are all available from wellmade scaffold.
3. Type and Specification:
3.1 Scaffolding Pipes and Tubes are be in welded type and seamless type according to construction requirement.
3.2 The length of the scaffolding pipes can be 0.3m-6.4m normally.
3.3 The zinc thickness of the standard BS1139 and En39, En10219 standard scaffolding pipes should be more than 40 micro according to oil and gas rig scaffolding requirement.
4. Shipment
Scaffolding pipes and tubes can be loaded into containers or ship by bulk boat.
5. Mark
Scaffolding pipes and tubes emboss mark should be with BS1139/En39 standard, manufacturing date and year, manufacturer code number and thickness of the tubes on at every 0.5mtr according to BS1139, En39 standard.
