Bougie building amenities are getting out of hand. 

Most New Yorkers are filled with gratitude just to have access to a little private green space. But this Manhattan development is offering residents more athletic opportunities than some sports complexes. 

The Upper West Side’s new Waterline Square development has been slowly unveiling its lavish tenant offerings for years — most recently including a year-round skate park replete with a 42-foot-long half-pipe, mini ramp and a custom mural of wall cracks revealing a dystopian New York City skyline. Skateboards and helmets are available for those who don’t have their own, and the space has reportedly already become a hot hangout spot for kids. “[It’s] even attracting a group of teenagers who skate together multiple times a week,” a building spokesperson told 6sqft.

For those looking for un-wheeled entertainment, the building also offers a bowling alley, golf simulator, basketball court, squash court, tennis court, boxing studio, barre studio, pilates studio, yoga studio, recording studio, music studio, art studio and a separate “kid zone” art studio.

There’s also a three-lane pool, hot tub, steam room, massage room, salon and sauna, as well as an indoor gardening room, screening room, children’s indoor playroom and a children’s party room.

Oh, and a 30-foot rock-climbing wall and an indoor soccer field.

In total, that’s 100,000 square feet of amenities and more than 30 sports courts, fields and studios, according to the development’s website. 

For those watching “Sex and the City” follow-up “And Just Like That,” the tennis match played between Charlotte (Kristin Davis) and Harry (Evan Handler) in Episode 7 was filmed at Waterline Square. 

The most affordable condo unit in the skyscraper complex is currently priced at $2.475 million for a 984-square-foot, one-bedroom pad. Rentals are hardly less eye-watering: The cheapest apartment right now — an 813-square-foot one-bedroom — is available for $5,595 a month.
