ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor is moving forward with more state-mandated replacements of home water lines under a $2 million construction contract.

City Council voted unanimously this week to OK a two-year agreement with SWT Excavating Inc. to replace old galvanized pipes with copper to mitigate lead-poisoning risks.
